What happens once I place an order?

The process takes at least 5-7 days from start to finish (excluding holidays), including designing, baking, decorating, adding fine details and accents, allowing for sufficient drying time (a minimum of 24 hours), and packaging.

To secure a custom order, a minimum of 3 weeks' notice is required. I recommend placing your order as early as possible. This lead time also allows me to order or print any specialized cutters and gather any supplies I may need for custom orders.

Payment

Full payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is made. For orders of 3 dozen or more, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 10 days before the shipping date.

I accept the following payment methods: debit/credit, Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Cancellations 

I understand things happen, and you may need to cancel an order. Please cancel at least 7 days before the ship date. If you cancel after 7 days, NO REFUNDS will be given. 

Packaging

Cookies are shipped with standard packaging, where each item is individually placed in a food-safe, clear cellophan bag to maintain freshness, unless a different arrangement is requested. Additional packaging options are available for an extra fee. 

Note: All cookies featuring airbrushing, edible marker, or watercolor details are lightly dusted with powdered sugar before packaging.

Shipping

Your cookies are carefully packed (double-boxed with bubble wrap) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, I am not responsible for USPS mishandling, shipping delays, incorrect addresses, weather or disaster conditions, or redelivery fees.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for minor imperfections such as small icing cracks, icing craters, minor cookie chips, or color bleeding (especially with dark colors, though I take steps to minimize it).

Cookie Care Instructions

Storing Cookies: Keep heat-sealed cookies in an airtight container and store them in a cool, dry location. They will stay fresh for 7-10 days.

Freezing Cookies: To freeze cookies, place them in an airtight container while still heat-sealed. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to use, thaw the cookies in the container at room temperature for several hours. Avoid opening the container until the cookies are fully thawed, and never thaw cookies in the refrigerator!
